Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We ship to all states and territories across Australia. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.


International Shipping

We currently only ship to Australia at present - we are launching international shipping in July 2026.


Free Shipping Threshold

Enjoy free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $200 AUD. This is automatically applied at checkout — no code needed!


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.


Shipping Carriers

We use trusted Australian carriers to deliver your orders, including Australia Post and select courier partners, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking link. If you're still having trouble, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue promptly.
